Sean took a week off of work for his paternity leave. He is going back to work soon, so we wanted to have a fun day with Penner. We decided to get a zoo pass again. I like the zoo better in the winter than in the summer because it is not crowded and we can play at the indoor play zoo the whole time. It was not too cold today, but we still played inside.
Penner wanted to water the plants for like a half an hour.

This is what Eden did the whole time! Sleep. Eden is a very good baby, I think somehow she just knows she has to be easy. She eats and sleeps really well. The hardest part of taking her on outings is packing and carrying all the extra stuff to and from the car. When people ask Penner what he thinks of his sister he says "she cries and cries and sleeps and sleeps"! I don't think she cries that much, but Penner disagrees.

Ready to go home. Another positive to the zoo is that Penn always naps really well after playing at the zoo! I will probably have a lot of posts that take place at the zoo, we are going to try to go once a week. It is hard to find fun things to do when it gets so cold in Chicago that it hurts to go outside. And any other indoor play place is around $10 a day to play there. So we will visit the indoor play zoo often.
